- How does the free tier work?
- 25 one-time generations per site, no account and no card — enough to see real highlights on your own catalog before paying anything.
- What exactly is “one generation”?
- One product's complete set of 4–6 highlights, written and spec-validated in a single run. On Starter that works out to about 2 cents per product; on Agency under half a cent.
- Do unused generations roll over?
- No — the quota resets on your renewal day each month. What DOES carry over is the cache: re-running any unchanged product is free forever, so refreshing your whole feed costs nothing.
- What happens when I hit my quota?
- Generation pauses until the window resets — nothing is billed automatically. Upgrade from the portal in two clicks, or buy a one-time top-up pack ($5 per 1,000 generations, coming shortly after launch).
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- Cancel any time from the billing portal; access runs to the end of the paid period, and everything already generated stays in your WooCommerce database. See the refund policy.
- What counts as a “production site”?
- A live store domain. localhost, *.test, staging.* and known host-staging domains are detected automatically and never use a seat. Moving domains re-binds your existing seat by itself.
