What we process

Account data: email, name, billing details (processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers). License data:license keys (stored hashed), activated site URLs, usage counts. Generation data: when you (or your auto-generate setting) trigger a generation, the product title, description and selected attributes are sent to our API and forwarded to our AI sub-processor to produce the highlights. Product data is normally not personal data; do not include personal data in product content.

What we do not do

• No sale of data, no advertising use, no training of AI models on your content.
• No customer or order data ever leaves your store — the plugin only sends product content.
• Generated results may be cached (keyed by the product content itself) to make re-runs instant and free.

Sub-processors

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Turso (database), Resend (transactional email), and our AI model provider(s) — the current list with regions is published at /dpa. AI requests are sent with zero-data-retention options where the provider offers them.

Your rights

GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) — write to km@teloz.net. Data controller: Teloz ApS, Denmark. You can delete your account and licenses from the portal; backups expire on a rolling schedule.
