Terms of Service

1. The service

Feedlift is a subscription service operated by Teloz ApS (Denmark) consisting of: (a) the Feedlift API, which generates Google Merchant Center product-highlight content with AI; (b) license-gated plugin updates; and (c) support. The WordPress plugin itself is licensed under the GPL — your license key never restricts the code, it grants access to the service behind it.

2. Business customers

The service is offered to businesses (merchants and agencies) acting in the course of their trade. By subscribing you confirm you are purchasing for business purposes.

3. Plans, quotas and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly generation quota and a number of production-site activations. Generation stops at the quota (hard stop — no surprise overage billing). Cached re-runs of unchanged products are free. Dev/staging sites are free within reasonable limits.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly). Cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Generated content already stored in your site remains yours after cancellation.

5. Your content and responsibility

You retain all rights to your product data and to the generated highlights. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before submitting it to Google and for complying with Google Merchant Center policies. Feedlift validates output against Google's formal spec but does not guarantee approval, ranking or performance of any listing.

6. Acceptable use

No resale of API access, no automated scraping beyond the plugin's documented behavior, no attempts to bypass quotas or license verification.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care but without uptime guarantees on the free tier. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; indirect losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

Danish law; venue Copenhagen, Denmark.
